Maintenance Plans

Your site needs attention
every month. We make
sure it gets it.

Most organizations deal with their website reactively — they find out something broke when a client tells them. Valet maintenance plans give you a consistent team handling updates, security, and performance every month, so you're never in that position.

What's at stake without it
Plugin conflicts that break pages The average WordPress site has 20+ plugins — every update is a potential conflict.
Security vulnerabilities Outdated software is the #1 entry point for malware. Cleanup is expensive.
No one to call when it breaks Most teams find out about site issues from clients — not their own monitoring.

Why it matters more than you think

WordPress maintenance looks simple until something goes wrong. The moment a critical plugin update conflicts with your theme, or a security patch is delayed and a bot finds the gap, you'll wish you had a team already on it.

What makes Valet's approach different is that we review your site before we recommend anything. We're not selling you a plan based on a package — we're matching you with the right level of coverage based on what your site actually needs.

And when something does need your attention, we flag it. When it doesn't, you won't hear from us — because no news is good news.

Common questions

Things people usually
want to know before they start.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. All Valet maintenance plans are month-to-month. You're not locked into a long-term commitment. That said, the clients who get the most value from working with us are the ones who stick around — because the relationship gets better as we get to know your site and your organization.
Do unused support hours roll over?
Support hours included in Professional and Partner plans do not roll over month-to-month. They're meant to reflect a consistent, predictable level of access — not a bank you draw down over time. If you find yourself consistently needing more than your plan includes, we'll talk about adjusting.
What happens if something breaks?
We fix it. Issues that fall within the scope of your plan are handled at no additional charge. If something requires work that falls outside your plan — a custom integration, a major redesign component — we'll tell you upfront what's involved and what it would cost. No surprise invoices.
Do you only work with WordPress?
Our maintenance plans are built around WordPress, which powers the majority of our clients' sites. If you're on a different platform, reach out — we can tell you whether we're the right fit or point you in a better direction.
How do I know what's actually being done?
Every month, you receive a plain-language maintenance report showing exactly what was updated, what was checked, and whether anything flagged. No technical jargon, no black boxes. You'll know what's happening on your site without needing to dig into it yourself.
Can I start with a free site review first?
Yes — and we recommend it. Before we suggest any plan, we want to look at your site and understand what it actually needs. The review gives you an honest picture of where things stand, and it gives us what we need to recommend the right level of coverage. There's no obligation, and no pitch attached.

Not sure where to start?
That's what the review is for.

We'll look at your site, tell you where things stand, and recommend a plan based on what we actually find — not a generic package.

No pitch. No commitment. Just a straightforward conversation about your site and what, if anything, makes sense next.
